Leasing - The amount of paperwork required to lease a property can be overwhelming to some people. Our full time professional property managers complete all necessary forms, contracts, and notices to make sure your rental is in compliance with local, state, and national housing laws.
Inspections - Move-in, move-out, and mid-lease inspections by our property managers can identify lease violations like unauthorized pets, tenant damages, and upcoming maintenance needs.
Maintenance - When a maintenance issue is identified by a tenant or our managers, we coordinate the repair process from start to finish. In most cases we can even take the repair cost out of the following month’s rent.
Eviction - We all know it happens. And we hope it never happens to you. When a problem arises, our first choice is always to work with the tenant if possible to find a solution. When all other options fail, eviction is necessary to remove a tenant from a property. Our property managers will work with you and the courts to legally and peacefully remove problem tenants from your property.
Statements - With your monthly check, you will receive an owner statement detailing the income and expenses for the property. In addition, we will provide you with a 1099 IRS statement at the end of each year for tax purposes. Whether you prefer printed or emailed statements, you will always have the financial records you need for your property.
