Hi! I'm Grant Odom, and my real estate expertise is good investment properties. I have been practicing real estate since 2008 and have 25 years in the construction industry. A native Texan from Gruver, I graduated from Texas Tech and earned a Master's degree in Construction Management from the University of Texas, El Paso. After spending 15 years traveling the United States building turnkey Family Housing Developments for the U.S. Military and Border Patrol, I settled in San Angelo and started a home investment and construction business in 2015. GO2 Homes and Construction, which I continue to own and operate, lends itself perfectly to Real Estate. I buy homes with major issues – foundation issues, distressed homes, folks in urgent need of a cash purchase quickly. However, many of the people who contact me would actually be better served listing their house with someone who knows the “fixer-upper” market and people interested in getting a good deal on an otherwise solid property. I really enjoy looking for distressed properties, multifamily properties, investment properties and any property on or near the water that would make a good investment for my clients.
